    Hello,

    I have two separate coupons, one for $15 off if they purchase one pair and another coupon that is $20 off each pair if they buy two or more. They are both auto coupons. We had a customer place two pair of this brand in their cart and the $40 discount applied correctly. They also added another item that the coupon did not apply to. One of the qualifying pairs was then removed from the cart. However, a $20 discount was still in the cart rather than it changing to the $15 off a single pair coupon.

    I have priority for the $15 set as “1” and the $20 coupon set as (2). This does not change anything.

    Any thoughts?

    Give the $15 coupon a higher priority than the $20 coupon, e.g. 10.
