This feature from 2.5.4 seems to be missing now. Has something changed?

I can’t get rid of a 10% coupon already applied, to enjoy the 25% Black Friday discount.
The setting is still available. Please note that it’s on the settings page (wp-admin > Settings > WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features) and not on the coupon page itself.
