Problem add coupon. Field: discount, users… it does not work

I installed the plugin and when I add a coupon I can only write the name of the coupon and the description. I do not see any other field: discount, products … etc. They are missing.
I have correctly entered the serial number and the license and everything is correct.
I have tried to install and uninstall the plugin. I have updated woocommerce and wordpress. But it still does not work.
I have the store closed until the coupon system works.

Hi,

1. In the upper-right corner click ‘Screen options’
2. Make sure the box ‘Coupon data’ is checked
