    Hi I’ve figured out how to sumbit a ticket!

    I think I got confused, I’ve seen a screenshot for the options on free products to “Select one” but this message seems to have changed to Customer must select.

    Is there any way I Can force the customer to pick the gift? Or have one picked by default. As currently it’s possible to checkout without selecting one and a number of people are doing this.




    In the passed it was required to choose a product to be able to checkout, but we removed this requirement because there were many reports of people leaving checkout because they didn’t choose a free product.

    We’re thinking about implementing a default selected item instead, I’ll get back to this.
