variable coupon value

Would it be possible to define the value of a coupon as variable base on e.g. quantity.

e.g. A coupon is worth 5$ if you have 3 products in your cart, but 20$ if you have 5.
A coupon is worth 5$ if you have 6 or less products in your cart and 10$ if you have more than 6.

Is something like that possible?

This can only be done programatically using filter woocommerce_coupon_get_discount_amount.
