We have moved to WooCommerce 3.0.1 and now it seems that WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features plug-in no longer works. Ideas??
Thank you for your time.

James BeckerApril 11, 2017 at 4:32 pm #1227Soft79KeymasterWhat issues are you facing and what version of WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features are you using? The newest PRO version is 2.4.1.
April 11, 2017 at 5:08 pm #1228jamesParticipantWooCommerce Extended Coupon Features is not applying the coupon discount when all the criteria is met.
We are running WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features (WCECF) v 2.4.0 and WooCommerce (WC) v 3.0.1.
WordPress/Plugins does not indicate an update is available for WCECF v 2.4.0?
We updated to WC 3.0.0 and WCECF v2.4.0 on April 5. Prior to that time WCECF worked. Ideas??
Thank you for your time.

April 12, 2017 at 3:54 pm #1235Soft79KeymasterWhat happens if you get if you uncheck ‘auto coupon’ and manually enter the coupon code?
If it can be applied manually; please try automatically with a standard theme (like Storefront)
April 12, 2017 at 4:31 pm #1236jamesParticipantI unchecked auto coupon as you suggested. Then in the cart I applied the coupon code manually. It still does not apply the coupon.
NOTE: The last time the coupon was applied to an order was 4 Apr 2101. After that date the coupon is not applied. Ideas?
Thank you for your time.

James BeckerApril 12, 2017 at 7:11 pm #1237Soft79KeymasterDo you get an error message when you try to apply manually?
Can you please send me your WooCommerce Status Report?
April 12, 2017 at 7:33 pm #1238jamesParticipantI do not receive any error messages.
You said: “Can you please send me your WooCommerce Status Report?”
Status Report?Which report?
April 12, 2017 at 7:36 pm #1239Soft79KeymasterWP-Admin > WooCommerce > System Status > Get system report.
April 13, 2017 at 4:33 pm #1243marketing2ParticipantI’m having the same exact issue after updating to WooCommerce 3.
When I try apply the coupon manually, it does give me an error.
It says that The minimum quantity of matching products for this coupon is 7.
But I have 7 of that product in my cart, so something is broken. I even tried changing the quantity in my cart to 8 and it still gave me the same error.
It worked perfectly before updating to WooCommerce 3.
Has anyone found a solution for this yet?
April 13, 2017 at 6:40 pm #1244Soft79KeymasterI just released version 2.4.2 which resolves this issue.
April 13, 2017 at 7:12 pm #1246marketing2ParticipantPerfect, thanks!
I just tested it out and can confirm that it worked.
April 15, 2017 at 12:52 pm #1253Soft79KeymasterJames, can you confirm please?
April 15, 2017 at 6:26 pm #1256jamesParticipantWith ver 2.4.2 installed the issue seems to have been resolved. Thank you for your time.
Works as it should now. 🙂
