I would like to request a refund.When purchasing the plugin it didn’t clearly state that you could only have a setting to buy one item and get a matching item for free. I would like a plugin that allows the customer to choose which product they receive for free.

Hi, that’s possible with our plugin. Instead of using the ‘BOGO’ option, choose the ‘Free Products’ option and tick the box ‘Customer must select’.

How do I allow it that the free product automatically applies in the cart?

For example they have two items and in the cart the cheapest items will be free.

Ok, that’s different. Don’t use the ‘Free products’-option but instead:

– Discount type: Percent discount
– Coupon amount: 100%
– Usage restriction – Minimum quantity of matching products: 2
– Usage limits – Limit discount to: Every nth item

This will make every 2nd item in the cart free.

If you want to limit the amount of free products to 1, choose ‘Lowest priced product’ instead.

And if we only want it to apply for sunglasses.

e.g they can only buy a pair of sunglasses and get a pair of sunglasses for free.

then on the ‘Usage restriction’ tab choose the Product(s) or Category/ies to which the coupon should be restricted.

iamtrend.com it is now working however it isn’t chosing the cheapest item in the cart.

we would like to:

allow the customer to buy any pair of shades or opticals & get a sale pair completely free!

It currently discounts every 2nd matching item (cheapest of the two), which is the expected behaviour.

If you want to limit the free items to sale items only, you need a customization.
