URGENT – Need to be able to support 2 autocoupons on the same product

Hello,

I have a issue where I have a sale coming up tomorrow on this site:

The two promotions are:
$5 gift card for every $25 you spend.
$16 free wash product for every $40 you spend in gift cards.

I have these two setup as auto coupons, and only one will show as applied. I need them to both apply.

for example, if you add a $40 gift card to the cart, I need it to show the cart adds a $16 free wash, and a $5 gift card. I created the $5 rule first, and that was working great. When I added the $16 free wash rule, it didn’t.

Can you help me get this to work properly? If you contact me privately I can set you up with access to the wordpress backend.

There are three auto coupons (no codes required):

Free $5 gift card for every $25 you spend on gift cards (can be any combination of amounts)

Free $16 car wash on every gift card purchase of $40 or more.

Free $10 gift card with any purchase of any short term membership of 3 months. $20 with any short term membership of 6 months, $30 with any short term membership of 9 months, and $40 with any short term membership of 12 months.

*** This last one I need help updating. I am trying to set this up, so any of the 3 month options get the $10 gift card, but it isn’t working either.

Sorry, I am not sure what you are asking for. Are you looking for ID numbers for the coupons? Or codes that the user types in to see the discount in the cart? If it’s the secod, there aren’t any codes, these are autocoupons.

Where can I see the codes you are looking for, so I can send them?

You need to apply a coupon code, even for auto coupons.

Ok – where is that set? Is it the name of the coupon?

“$10 Gift card for Vouchers” is not set as ‘Auto coupon’.

“$16 free wash” does not exist.

Just in case, try using coupon codes without special characters. auto-free-5-gift-card is a good example.

I just tried it with the $16 free wash. I renamed it to: free-wash-16. When I add a $40 card to my cart, I should have 1 $5 gift card, and 1 $16 car wash showing, both being free.

I only see the gift card. Not the free products.
