URGENT – Need to be able to support 2 autocoupons on the same product

voucher-gift-card requires product 1532 in the cart. When I try to access that product I get a 404 error. Is it a private product? Or is it a variation? In that case, what exact variation of what product?

The 16$ gift card is currently only configured for this category:
https://www.bennyscarwash.com/product-category/gift-cards/ . Maybe not all coupons to which the coupon must apply are in that category?

The voucher is currently only configured for: https://www.bennyscarwash.com/product/short-term-memberships/ Benny’s 3 months . If it must apply for any variation, pick the main product on the coupon admin page.

Ok, yes. The $16 one is *only* for gift card purchases of $40 or more. If the gift cards in your cart total more than $40, you get a free wash. (free-wash-16)

Also, if you put gift cards in your cart that total more than $25, the other rule should fire – $5 gift card free (auto-free-5-gift-card)

So, if you put a $40 gift card in your cart right now, you should get a Free $16 car wash, and a free $5 gift card.

Once we get these two to work, I need help on the last one (voucher-gift-card). But, let’s get the two above to work first.

To clarify – the only gift card product that should fire based on the two rules above is for the gift card product – and any variations that total $25 (these should multiply, so $75 gets you 3 $5 gift cards).

The other gift card products are the “Free” cards that you get with the other promotions. These don’t show up for sale on the site.

Your scenario contradicts with what you have configured. You have set it up for the Gift Cards category. If you want it to apply for another product set it up accordingly.

The category was the issue, I fixed it to be the gift card *product*, and they are both working correctly now.

Now for the vouchers.

I need to setup the following rule, but it isn’t working:

For this product:

1.) They can pick any option under “Pick your Plan”.
2.) If they pick 3 months, they should get a free $10 gift card.

I have a rule configured to test one variation for this – (benny’s best / 3 months). The code is: “voucher-gift-card”

When I add this product variation to my cart, the $10 gift card isn’t appearing.

Can you help me get this one fixed?

Shoot – tried to add a new product to the rule, and it isn’t working.

For this product:

You should be able to pick “Best + Interior” or “Benny’s Best”, then select 3 months, and picking either of them should add the $10 gift card. That currently isn’t working.

Can I add multiple products to a rule and have it apply to one or more of them, or do I need a different rule for each of the product variations?

You can enter multiple variations in the ‘Products’-field on the coupon admin page.
