You have 3 different kinds of free products applied. Either use:
1) Every nth item (but this currently doesn’t do anything with your coupon because the coupon amount is 0%)
2) BOGO, 1 free item will be added for every matching product in the cart
3) Free products + Allow multiplication. This will add n free products multiplied by the amount of times the coupon can apply.I think in your case you should either choose option 1 or 3. Disable the BOGO.

I tried to replicate this issue, but it works fine when I replicate it. After saving the product and before testing on the frontend, did you refresh the page on the frontend?

– What version of our plugin do you use?

Soft79KeymasterHi, our plugin doesn’t have an import tool. There are other plugins out there that can do that, but they might or might not support 3rd party coupon fields.
