    Yes, WPML is te issue then. Currently I don’t have a WPML test environment. Could you please send me a zip with the WPML plugins you are using (WPML, String translations, WPML for WooCommerce etc…) and I will take a look.

    I just added 2.3.1 beta to your downloads, this version should display the attributes of the free product variants.

    Hi Peggy,

    yes you are right. The right variant is added to the cart, but the attributes aren’t displayed. I will try to fix before the end of this year.

    And yes, I’m planning on allowing the amount of free products to be changed, but still have to work out the details. This will take at least a couple of weeks.

    Hi,

    are the products variable products by any chance? Does the coupon work if you don’t select AND?

    Can I debug the issue on your environment? I’m not able to reproduce it here.

    Versions prior to 2.3.0-b4 cause a fatal error on PHP versions prior to 5.5.

    It is fixed in 2.3.0-b5, available per direct on the ‘my account’ page for customers that purchased the plugin through http://www.soft79.nl.

    I’m willing to help but need some cooperation on your side as well. Please tell me what fatal error you are having (PHP error log, WordPress debug log). Can I help you by TeamViewer access?

    Ofcourse I will help you. Please first try the newest v2.2.5.2-b3 that I just placed on your account page.

    If that doesn’t work, please let me know what error you see and what versions of WordPress and WooCommerce you are using. And, if you allow me, provide me with a temporary admin login to your page so I can debug myself, you can send it to admin @ soft79.nl.

    I found the issue, it is currently fixed in 2.2.5.2-b2 (beta) which is available on the ‘My Account’-page for clients that purchased the plugin on http://www.soft79.nl.

    Oops, that doesn’t look good. I just sent you the latest release (that is not on CodeCanyon yet), please let me know if that version fixes the problem for you.

    I noticed that the ‘free product’-selector also doesn’t work for WooCommerce versions prior to 2.3.0. I fixed this in version 2.2.3.1-b3 that you can download now.

    Hi ahonshaw,

    I just created a new version 2.2.3.1-b1 that should fix the issue. You can download it from the ‘my account’-page. Can you please let me know if that one works? I saw I used a function that was implemented after WC 2.3.7.

    If it doesn’t work can you tell me what happens? Any error messages (with WP_DEBUG enabled) ?
