Ah! Thank you. The more informative error message helped me realize the free product being added to the cart by the “gsoft basic” coupon conflicted with the usage restrictions for “CYBERJUICE21”. Enabling “Allow discount on cart with excluded items” was the fix.
Thanks! Case closed.
Kenneth A GagneParticipantThanks! I updated, and the coupon is working (after I set the Custom Fields Operator to “OR”; when it was set to “AND” with only one custom field defined, the coupon never applied).
I’m all set here. Thanks!
Kenneth A GagneParticipantAh! Thank you — I honestly thought I was doing something wrong.
Is v3.1.3 available? It’s listed under my account’s “Downloads” section, but the ZIP archive unpacks to v3.1.2.
Kenneth A GagneParticipantThanks! I opened a ticket with Prospress to inquire about that, too. I’ll report back here!
Kenneth A GagneParticipantHi! This does appear to have fixed it. I copied the plugin to the production server, just to be sure, and it seems to work there, too. But as we noted, the issue is intermittent, so I’ll keep an eye on it.
Now that I think about it, the problem occurred after an upgrade of the Subscriptions plugin, not yours. Is there any feedback I should give them about this conflict?
Thank you for addressing this so quickly!

Kenneth A GagneParticipantJust emailed you credentials and updated both production & staging servers to 2.5.4!
Kenneth A GagneParticipantThanks for the quick response! See if these screenshots work:

I’m using WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features PRO 2.5.2.2. I can give you administrative access to my staging server, if that’d be helpful.
Kenneth A GagneParticipantGenerally speaking, is it possible for a single coupon code to apply two kinds of discounts?
Kenneth A GagneParticipantYes! I made the change you suggested, as well as on line 269 of the pro edition, and now the negative coupon works perfectly.
I realize that this is an unusual use of a coupon, and there are probably better ways to do what I’m trying to accomplish. I appreciate you not objecting to that and instead offering this easy fix. Thank you very much.
